TEC HR takes pride in the role it plays to connect job seekers to employers and does NOT expect any form of payment from job seekers.
TEC HR works with employers to attract suitably qualified candidates for their current vacancies. We match the job skills and personal requirements against our client’s requirements. If your skills fit the requested criteria then you may be shortlisted and invited for either a preliminary interview with TEC HR, direct with the relevant organization, or both before the appointment of the successful applicant.
Registering with TEC HR will automatically add your details to our database as a registered candidate, which makes you an eligible candidate for job opportunities that may come through. In addition, our clients may request personnel with particular key skill sets and a database scan will be performed to identify any potential candidates who might be suitable. Those with matching skills may then be considered for the available opening.
Just by registering with TEC HR, you can build your CV with our guide outline. The CVs are printable and ALL FOR FREE.
