Temporary / Seasonal Placements. TEC HR identifies talent to temporarily cover for either planned or unplanned absences from work of permanent employees. TEC HR also identifies talent to cover peak periods for businesses that are seasonal in nature. Permanent Placements. Our Team

Sylvia Banda - Managing Director
Sylvia has been at the helm of TEC HR since its establishment in 2016. Sylvia brings along with her over twenty years of experience in business management, sales and marketing, and people management. Sylvia holds a Bachelor of Social Science Degree from the University of Malawi, Chancellor College, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute (ESAMI).
Dumisani Mpandasoni Banda - Technical Director
Dumisani has been with TEC HR since its inception in 2016. He is responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance on all projects undertaken at TEC HR. Dumisani boost of over twenty years of hands-on and rich experience in Human Resource Management. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Malawi, Chancellor College, and a Master of Science in International Human Resource Management from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom.
